This is the original range with the convenience of plant-based genuinely home-compostable packaging and it is shipped in WoolCool insulation as standard. 🍃 For easy storing and defrosting, please add a Sistema dishwasher-safe fridge container to your order. Simply decant frozen portion(s) into the container and defrost safely with ease in your fridge.

The 200g portions are currently only available as 20 increments and in the mixed 40 portion box. If a different set of recipes is required please create a bespoke box from 500g or 800g individual flavours in the shop page.
Simply defrost and store in the fridge, then feed within 3-4 days

There is a 5KG order minimum in place to ensure product remains frozen in transit. Any orders made below this level, unfortunately, are refunded. Your order will arrive in one or more polystyrene boxes within cardboard outers or woolcool if that is specified during checkout. Jack Wolf is sold as 500g portions in lidded tubs. The boxes can hold 10 or 20 tubs. For the best fit for shipment it’s recommended to order in multiples of 10.
Orders are shipped in accordance with our delivery guidelines with DPD on a next day service to most areas of the UK. Place your order into your freezer and defrost in your fridge in accordance with your dogs feeding requirements.
All deliveries are dispatched Monday - Thursday on a next day service. We need to receive your order by 2 PM to ensure it despatches the same day. Orders made after 2 pm Thursday dispatch on Monday. In the event of Bank Holidays, on the next available day.
We offer a flat rate of £5 for delivery with no limit. Free delivery on orders above 40kg. DPD Local are instructed to leave the parcel at your door or immediate vicinity. Your parcel can be left in a particular place per delivery instructions. If you provide your mobile number, you should be updated with a 1-hour slot by text.
In our local region of Brighton customers in BN1, BN2 & BN3 postcodes may use the "Brighton free" code for free delivery on orders of 10kg or more. Any orders made below 10kg or other postcodes will be refunded.
In the rare event that there is any problem with your delivery, you can be fully assured that we will do everything possible to make it right. We value and seek long-term relationships with our customers. All manner of concerns will be addressed to the best of our ability.
